SOLD OUT! This 2018 “Rotunda Red” is a field blend of 60% Petite Sirah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and is the first to be grown on our property in the Temecula Valley AVA. Farmed using sustainable and organic practices. It’s a big wine with rustic texture, grippy tannins, acidity, and structure will make it a perfect steak wine. Dark fruit, ripe fresh berries, currant, and just the right amount of smooth French Oak toastiness. Aged in French oak for 26 months.
