This 2018 “Rotunda Red” is a field blend of 60% Petite Sirah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and is the first to be grown on our property in the Temecula Valley AVA. Farmed using sustainable and organic practices. It’s a big wine with rustic texture, grippy tannins, acidity, and structure will make it a perfect steak wine. Dark fruit, ripe fresh berries, currant, and just the right amount of smooth French Oak toastiness. Aged in French oak for 26 months. 15.1% alc. Only 45 cases produced of this inaugural wine!

Fruit forward, dark, ripe fresh berries, currant, and a blend of smooth French Oak toastiness and American Oak sweet vanilla notes will leave you wanting more when your nose hits your empty glass. This is our 2020 Estate Grown Rosé that we sustainably farmed, by hand, on our property in the beautiful Temecula Valley AVA. This is a field blend of 60% Petite Sirah / 40% Cabernet Sauvignon that was fermented, then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months. Made in an Old World style, this is a dry Rosé with hints of cranberry, grapefruit, and a full mouth feel, complete with tannin structure. This Rosé will make a great starter wine for the evening or kicking back by the pool. It’s a bridge builder for those red wine lovers who think they don’t enjoy light wines or a white wine lover who thinks they don’t like reds. 12.6% alc. Only 45 cases produced!
